1. Transparent Pricing: You will share a clear, honest quote with the customer on-site before commencing any work. No work starts without the customer's explicit approval.
2. Commission & Earnings: Commission rates and payout terms will be agreed between the Partner and the Company post submission of form and will be shared through a physical copy.
3. Professional Conduct: You agree to maintain professional conduct at all times — arrive within the agreed time slot, carry appropriate tools, dress presentably, and not solicit direct business from Qinbo customers outside the platform.
4. Quality Guarantee: A 7-day workmanship warranty applies to all repair and service jobs. If the same issue recurs within this period, you must revisit at no additional labour charge.
5. Prompt Payouts: Your earnings will be settled promptly after job completion and payment confirmation, as per terms agreed in your individual partner agreement.
6. Customer Confidentiality: Customer contact details, flat numbers, and all information obtained through the platform are strictly confidential. You may not directly solicit or accept work from Qinbo customers outside the platform for 12 months following your last platform-routed job.
7. Termination: Qinbo may suspend or terminate with 7 days' notice for sustained low ratings, repeated no-shows, overcharging, or misconduct. You may exit with 14 days' written notice (WhatsApp message suffices).
